As Power BI models and Data Warehouses get forever larger in size and complexity, scalability is no longer a backend issue, it is very much how to deliver the same scalability using that data in front end tools such as Excel. How can Excel add value when you have terabytes of data and how can you harness standard Excel functionality to drive Power BI queries such as top n sales, but only where sales are greater than 1m? EiB has developed a freemium Excel 365 addin called ReportStudio to allow you to do all the above and more.
