The Eventex Awards were founded in 2009 to celebrate creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in the industry, which is why we’re deeply grateful to have our event among the winners. Today, the Eventex Awards are the most esteemed accolade in the world of events and experiential marketing, a true symbol of excellence.
Eventex Awards 2021 received a whopping 561 entries from 37 countries. As one of the worthy winners, The Global Excel Summit proves that it belongs among the best in the industry, internationally - a truly impressive feat in what has been a fairly difficult year. Other popular brands among the big Eventex Awards 2021 winners are YouTube, SAP, Rolls-Royce, Pernod Ricard, Puma, PayPal, IBM, Google, and the BBC.

The Global Excel Summit took place earlier this year on 6-9 February 2021. This inaugural event saw a line-up of International Excel leaders grace our Main Stage to deliver expert talks on everything from Pivot tables to Programming. With an Opening Keynote by Microsoft themselves, it was a non-stop cavalcade of Microsoft MVPs, thought leaders and Office veterans.
“This has been a true moment of pride and gratitude for our whole team at DATEL Productions! Our mission for The Global Excel Summit was to help people ‘Learn. Connect. Excel.’ , we wanted to provide a space where all those seeking an insight into the world of Excel, can come together and learn from one another. The Summit took place at a time difficult for the whole world and yet we managed to come together as a community and provide invaluable information, materials, seminars and connections for all interested parties. We are thankful for being accepted as a valued part of the industry and are excited to keep on excelling (no pun intended).”
