Global Excel Summit Returns to London in May 2026!
London, UK - 16 October 2025
Registration is now open, along with all the key details
The Global Excel Summit has unveiled its brand-new website to mark the countdown to the sixth edition of the world’s leading Microsoft Excel conference, taking place 19–20 May 2026.
The sleek new platform makes it easier than ever for attendees to register early, explore the agenda, and connect with speakers and partners.
Excel’s popularity as the go-to tool for finance and data analysis shows no sign of waning, having recently marked its 40th anniversary.
Even as the rapid rise of AI continues to reshape workflows, with Copilot increasingly gaining a foothold, the spreadsheet program remains the cornerstone of productivity and problem-solving.
The event, organised by Datel Productions Ltd, aims to attract professionals from a range of industries who want to get ahead of the curve, network with others, and advance their careers.
Highlights from last year

Event venue
The @sohoplace theatre will play host again following the hugely positive feedback from the 2025 edition, where it was lauded for its comfort, intimacy, and visibility.
The theatre is located in central London right next to Tottenham Court Road tube station.

Speakers & Highlights
Over 20 speakers will feature in a glittering line-up, ranging from Microsoft MVPs and industry professionals to social media stars. A-list names include Carlos Barboza, Ken Puls, Chandeep Chhabra and Danielle Stein Fairhurst, who will share their expertise through insightful and inspiring presentations. See all speakers.
Another highlight is Leila Gharani, who returns as Event Ambassador for the fifth year running. The YouTube extraordinaire has been instrumental in driving the Summit’s continued growth and championing the Excel movement worldwide.
I've had the honor of being the ambassador for the past few years. The sessions are great but it's the connections that make this event special. I'm an introvert. Most of us in data are. There's something about being surrounded by people who get excited about Excel that you just can't replicate online. The Datel team listens to feedback and makes it better every year. Go in person if you can. - Leila Gharani, 9x Microsoft MVP

Her support is shared by the long-standing partnerships the Global Excel Summit has forged with several organisations, with Sheetcast being the Lead Sponsor for the third consecutive year and fourth time overall.
