The third edition of the virtual event, due to take place on 5–7 October, promises to be an action-packed three days that are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of financial modelling globally.

The event ambassador this year is Bill Jelen, an 18-time Microsoft MVP, author of 60 books, and an Excel veteran. He has worked with the event collaboratively and will be a prominent speaker.

This year, the Financial Modelling Summit will be following a Numbers to Insights theme that will empower you to construct meaningful models and generate effective insights.
There'll be 10 Numbers-related sessions on day one, including Financial Modelling in Power BI by Liam Bastick, Multidimensional table-based modelling by Craig Hatmaker, and rounding off with the Microsoft Excel World Championship – Live Battle.
Day two will also have 10 slots, focused on the insights that the numbers derive. You will master Data visualisation for financial modelling with Jordan Goldmeier, Automation with the Power Platform with April Dunnam, and Effective Data Storytelling with Alli Torban.
Wrapping things up on the final day will be the Financial Modelling Awards 2022, which celebrates the profession and achievements of those within it. Seven awards are up for grabs! Nominations period closes on 12 September!
Your experience will mimic reality thanks to Hopin, a virtual event platform, which will power the engine running the show.
