Vaughan leads Teneo's Financial Modelling team within the Financial Advisory business. With more than 20 years' experience in corporate advisory, finance and restructuring, he has supported corporates, lenders and investors across challenging scenarios, including a UK bank's £17 billion financial mis-selling issue and a $7 billion aircraft leasing company.

He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and was a finalist in the 2025 and 2026 UK Excel Championships. He is also a member of the Financial Modelling Global Leaders Council.
