Carolina Lago
Carolina Lago is the founder and Managing Director of Tactic Financial, where she teaches finance professionals to use AI in real FP&A workflows. She has spent more than 25 years in FP&A and corporate finance across Latin America, North America and Europe, and created the TACTIC Framework, which treats financial modelling as a way of thinking rather than a set of spreadsheet tricks. She runs the AI FP&A Accelerator and speaks on AI in finance at conferences in the US and Europe. Carolina is a member of the Financial Modeling Institute's Global Leaders Council, which examined how AI is changing financial modelling in practice, and she prepares candidates for the Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) certification. Her work centres on one question: where AI adds value in finance, and where human judgement has to stay in the loop.
