Mike has had the pleasure of teaching at Centennial College in the Office Administration program for over the past six years. His best friend growing up was his sister Julie; she had a severe physical disability. Through his sister’s experience in the school system, he realized that the best teachers are those that helped students like Julie feel included. This is why Mike is so passionate about universal design for learning and trying to be an inclusive teacher. Besides teaching in the classroom, Mike also enjoys uploading tutorial videos on his YouTube page in an effort to reach more students, and to help them pass their Microsoft Office Specialist exams. Over the last two years, while teaching at Centennial College, he also obtained his online Masters of Education from Queen’s University with a focus on becoming a classroom specialist.
