Back and better than ever after being postponed during the 2020 pandemic, the Global Excel Summit 2021 has been organised with your health and wellness in mind. We’re following best practices and official recommendations to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. Our staff is trained with hygiene and sanitation top of mind. The Global Excel Summit 2021 will be streamed worldwide through #ALIVE virtual platform – the first and only platform to integrate Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR) and Avatars into its event solutions.
The Global Excel Summit 2021 was initially scheduled to take place on 6-9 February 2021 at Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London, UK. We are, however, following and complying with the latest UK Government guidelines and advise. The current circumstances in the UK prevent us from hosting this event in a physical location. We have therefore invested in a highly immersive virtual platform to ensure the health and safety of all our Speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Event Attendees. All existing tickets will automatically be transferred and virtual event accounts will be created for each event participant. We will continue to follow the situation and update you accordingly.
Due to the rising number of COVID-19 infections, the UK government has announced new measures to suppress the virus and keep the number of infections down. The single most important action and recommendation to fight coronavirus at the moment is to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives. Day-to-day contact with other people should be avoided until at least 2 December. Business meetings and events are advised against, but may take place with up to a total of 30 people if reasonably necessary. Conference centres and exhibition halls should remain closed for conferences, exhibitions and trade shows until further notice.
The Global Excel Summit will take place on 6-9 February 2021. We will not be cancelling the event. Should the circumstances prevent us from hosting the event indoors at Queen Elizabeth II Centre, we are ready to go virtual without compromising the quality of the event.
Yes, they are. You will receive a new confirmation, showing the updated dates and venue to the e-mail provided during registration.
In case we need to hold the Global Excel Summit in a virtual environment, you will be sent unique login details for a dedicated virtual events platform. There will be a virtual Auditorium, virtual Exhibitor Hall, where all Expo Show activities will take place, and a range of virtual breakout areas. In essence, we will be building an online site that enables real-time networking between sponsors, attendees, organisers, exhibitors and speakers. You will be connected through a combination of chat tools, webinars and digital content served via a visually rich interface.
