We are looking forward to creating a wonderful event for all registered attendees for 2021 and welcoming you to London. However, in the meantime, we know that there may be some questions about the event.

General Questions

Will the Global Excel Summit 2021 go ahead?

Yes, the Global Excel Summit will take place on 6-9 February 2021. The event is scheduled to take place at Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London, UK. Should the global COVID-19 pandemic prevent us from hosting the event in a physical location, we will be ready to go fully virtual with all Guest Speaker sessions, Masterclasses, as well as, Expo Show activities.

I need to apply for a visa. Do you provide any invitation letters?

Yes, we do. As soon as you register for the event, please send us an e-mail on info@globalexcelsummit.com and we will send you a personalized invitation letter.

I don’t live in London. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have partnered up with several hotels around QEII Centre, who are offering preferential rates for the guests of the Summit. At the end of the registration process, you will be able to access instructions of how to book your room at a discounted price.

The hotels we are working with are: Wellington Hotel, Rochester Hotel, Double Tree Hilton Westminster, and Amba Charing Cross.

As soon as you register, you will receive our special discount codes from these properties as part of your confirmation e-mail.

How do I get to Queen Elizabeth II Centre? Will I find it on Google Maps?

Situated in the heart of Westminster, right next to Big Ben, the QEII Centre is ideally linked to airports, tube and railway stations.
• Nearest Airports: London City – 26 mins away; Heathrow / Gatwick / Luton airports – 45 mins away.
• Nearest tube: St. James Park – 4 mins away; Westminster – 6 mins away; Victoria station – 14 mins away.
• Nearest Rail stations: Charing Cross – 12 mins walk and Victoria station.
• Buses that stop next to the venue: 148, 159, 211, 87, 88.

COVID-19 IMPACT

Is a cancellation possible, due to the COVID-19?

The Global Excel Summit will take place on 6-9 February 2021. We will not be cancelling the event. Should the circumstances prevent us from hosting the event indoors at Queen Elizabeth II Centre, we are ready to go virtual without compromising the quality of the event.

I am already signed up for the event. Are my tickets automatically transferred to the Global Excel Summit 2021?

Yes, they are. You will receive a new confirmation, showing the updated dates and venue to the e-mail provided during registration.

What would a virtual Global Excel Summit look like? Will you still hold the Expo Show online?

In case we need to hold the Global Excel Summit in a virtual environment, you will be sent unique login details for a dedicated virtual events platform. There will be a virtual Auditorium, virtual Exhibitor Hall, where all Expo Show activities will take place, and a range of virtual breakout areas. In essence, we will be building an online site that enables real-time networking between sponsors, attendees, organisers, exhibitors and speakers. You will be connected through a combination of chat tools, webinars and digital content served via a visually rich interface.

I am signed up for the event but I don’t seem to receive any of your e-mails. Could you add me to the list, please?

We are sorry to hear that. We confirm that everyone, who registers for the Global Excel Summit is added to our mailing list. Please check your e-mail spam folder and make sure you mark all e-mails, coming from info@globalexcelsummit.com as safe to read. I have already registered for your event. Could I change the Masterclass I am currently signed up to attend?

Yes, you could. Please reply to your confirmation e-mail and let us know what Masterclass you would like to switch to. As long as there is availability, we can easily amend your details.

I am not sure which Masterclass I would like to attend. Can I decide later?

Yes, you could. Please select your preference at the time of booking during the registration process. Depending on Masterclass availability, we can easily amend your details later on.

I have seen you have now added 2 additional Masterclasses. What if I want to switch?

As soon as we reveal the names of the Masterclass leads and their topics, you will have an opportunity to switch. This will be communicated to you via our Global Excel Summit newsletter. Please make sure you receive all e-mails, coming from info@globalexcelsummit.com.
