I missed the live event. Is it still possible to get access to the event content?

Yes, it’s possible! With our Global Excel Summit 2021 Event Recordings package. you will be able to access to all Main Stage and Open Theatre sessions from the live event.

Can I still access the live event platform?

Access to the live event platform is now closed. However, you can get lifetime access to all 24 Main Stage talks, 14 Open Theatre sessions and 6 Product Demos for only £39.00 incl. VAT with our complete Global Excel Summit 2021 Event Recordings package.

Can I still purchase Masterclasses?

Yes, you are still able to purchase recordings of any of our individual Masterclasses via our website. You can browse the Masterclasses available here.

How will I access the Event Content?

As soon as you register, you will receive an e-mail with your secure Main Stage and Open Theatre links and passwords.

General Questions

How will the Global Excel Summit 2021 go ahead?

The Global Excel Summit will be taking place virtually via a state-of-the-art interactive platform, delivered by gaming experts, #ALIVE. All Guest Speaker Sessions, Masterclasses and Expo Show activities will be hosted within our COVID-19 free virtual island.

How will I access the virtual event?

Event attendees will access the virtual event platform via the Home Page of our website. Once you have signed up for a ticket, you will be sent your event login details via email. You can use these on the day to access the platform.

What time will I be able to enter the Summit?

The virtual Summit platform will be accessible from 08:30am (GMT) on Saturday 6th February 2021. You will be able to use your login details to enter the virtual Exhibition Centre from this time. Main Stage speaker sessions will commence from 09:00am with an opening keynote from Microsoft, and the Open Theatre and Breakout rooms will be open from 10:00am.

What is the difference between an Expo Visitor and a Delegate Ticket?

Our Expo Visitor ticket grants access to our Expo Show – Exhibitor Hall, Open Theatre and Academy Sessions for 2 days on the 6th-7th February. With a Delegate Ticket you will also gain access to our Main Stage speaker sessions over the course of the two days. In addition to this Delegate Ticket holders also benefit from 30 days on-demand access to all session recordings.

What is the difference between a Delegate and a Master Delegate Ticket?

With a Delegate Ticket, you will have full access to the Summit across two days from 6th-7th February. This will include the Expo Show – Exhibitor Hall, Open Theatre and Academy Sessions, as well as all of the speaker sessions from the Main Stage.

Master Delegate ticket holders get all of the same access as Delegate ticket holders across the first two days of the Summit. In addition to this, Master Delegates will have access to two-live Masterclass sessions, and recordings of four Masterclasses of their choice.

Both Delegate and Master Delegate ticket holders will benefit from unlimited 30 day access to all session recordings from the first two days of the Summit.

COVID-19 IMPACT

Is a cancellation possible due to COVID-19?

We will not be cancelling the event due to COVID-19. The Global Excel Summit will be taking place as planned via our state-of-the-art virtual platform, brought to you by gaming experts, #ALIVE.

Are my tickets automatically transferred to the Global Excel Summit 2021? I have a ticket already.

Yes, they are. You will receive a new confirmation, showing the updated dates and venue to the e-mail provided during registration.

I am signed up for the event but I don’t seem to receive your e-mails. Could you check, please?

We are sorry to hear that. We confirm that everyone, who registers for the Global Excel Summit is added to our mailing list. Please check your e-mail spam folder and make sure you mark all e-mails, coming from info@globalexcelsummit.com as safe to read. In case you are unable to find any of e-mails from us, reach out to us and we will re-add.

Agenda

I have already registered. Could I change the Masterclass I am currently signed up to attend?

Yes, you could. Please reply to your confirmation e-mail and let us know what Masterclass you would like to switch to. As long as there is availability, we can easily amend your details.

I am not sure which Masterclass I would like to attend. Can I decide later?

Yes, you could. Please select your preference at the time of booking during the registration process. Depending on Masterclass availability, we can easily amend your details later on.

I have seen you have now added 2 additional Masterclasses. What if I want to switch?

As soon as we reveal the names of the Masterclass leads and their topics, you will have an opportunity to switch. This will be communicated to you via our Global Excel Summit newsletter. Please make sure you receive all e-mails, coming from info@globalexcelsummit.com.
